By accessing or using FitSnapAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
FitSnapAI is an AI-powered platform that generates fashion-related images and provides virtual try-on capabilities. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create synthetic images based on user prompts and uploaded clothing items.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate images, create models, or use virtual try-on features. Subscription plans provide a monthly allocation of credits. Credits reset at the start of each new billing period and do not roll over. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other payment providers we may use.
We reserve the right to change pricing and subscription features at any time, with prior notice where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused credits, or downgraded plans.
If you delete your account, we will cancel any active subscriptions. Deleting your account is permanent and will result in loss of access to your data and any remaining credits.
You retain ownership of any prompts, text, and images you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated images for personal or commercial purposes. FitSnapAI does not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs created for you, but retains all rights to the underlying models, technology, and infrastructure used to generate them.
All images generated by the Service are synthetic and produced by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy, realism, quality, or suitability of any generated content for a particular purpose. Generated images may contain imperfections, artifacts, or unexpected results. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.
The Service and all AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that any output will be accurate, reliable, non-infringing, or fit for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any generated content and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
All warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement—are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process data using third-party providers, including Firebase (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), FAL.ai (AI inference) and Stripe (payments). Your prompts, uploads, and related data may be transmitted to and processed by these services as part of delivering the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any remaining credits may be forfeited without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitSnapAI and its owners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images, clothing items, designs, logos, or other materials you upload (“User Content”) do not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you own, have created, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload the User Content, and to generate derivative images through the Service.
FitSnapAI does not review User Content for legal compliance and is not responsible for any claims arising from your use of User Content or AI-generated outputs. You agree to indemnify and hold FitSnapAI harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your User Content or violation of third-party rights.
Example images shown on our website, landing pages, dashboards, or promotional materials are illustrative only and may contain synthetic or staged content. These examples do not imply endorsement by any brand, company, or individual depicted. FitSnapAI does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks or designs that may appear within demonstration images.
